Lean management collaboration with Avans
As part of Lean management, Lakwijk has partnered with a group of students from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Under supervision of Pim Goosen, Vincent van den Biggelaar, Tim van der Dussen, Thom van Hal, Brian van de Kerk and Martijn Vlasblom have begun mapping and improving the internal flows of semi-finished materials and (semi-)finished products.
They combine the knowledge and experience from our employees with the specific expertise from their studies. Their goal is to gain practical experience and apply their knowledge. Lakwijk’s goal is to optimise processes and minimise (time) waste. We wish Vincent, Tim, Thom, Brian and Martijn the best of success.
