Lean management philosophy at our “Biesseplein”
With the new building and internal relocation, we must once again look closely at efficient working, minimising waste and maintaining a pleasant working environment.
These principles of the LEAN management philosophy have always been part of Lakwijk’s DNA. We are now optimising the new layout accordingly. Our “Biesse-plein” is located in the new part of our building, and Frank and Otis are working hard to make all workflows on their floor fully LEAN. They lead the way, setting the example for the rest of the organisation. Compliments to Frank and Otis!
