Lean management philosophy at our 'Biesseplein'

With the new building and the internal move, we also have to look carefully at issues such as; working efficiently, minimizing waste and pleasant (collaboration) work.

These principles of the LEAN management philosophy have always been in the DNA of Lakwijk Kunststoffen BV and we are now working on organizing the new situation as smartly as possible. Our so-called “Biesse square” is located in the new part of our building and Frank and Otis are busy making the way of working on their square completely LEAN. They are leading the way in ensuring that other parts of our organization follow in their slipstream. Compliments to Frank and Otis!
