Lakwijk Kunststoffen makes plastic bricks for Unicef
We previously mentioned that Lakwijk Kunststoffen is a Business Buddy of Unicef and is therefore a sponsor of the project in which building blocks (bricks) are made from collected plastic litter for the purpose of building school classrooms in Ivory Coast, among other things.
Unicef wanted an 'example brick' to possibly link more companies in the Netherlands to this project and to show buddies a tangible product. We made 160 replicas from recycled plastic for Unicef.
